  A: Our metal business cards have no minimum order quantities; even if you only need a business card, we'll make it for you.

  A: Sure! Our products can be shipped worldwide, including free shipping in the United States, UK, Canada, and Australia.
• Q: How will my metal business cards be packaged?
  A: We provide free poly bags for all metal business cards individually packaged, if you need other packaging methods, we offer white and black paper bags for a small fee.
• Q: What are suitable uses for the cards?
  A: Custom metal business cards are distinctive and striking, adding an element of elegance and sophistication to both you and your brand. They are wear-resistant, durable, and an excellent social tool. Moreover, metal cards leave a lasting impression on potential clients and customers, enabling you to stand out in a competitive market. 
• Q: Can I make changes if I'm not satisfied with the design?
  A:  You can adjust the design or even cancel your order at any point before production begins. We will collaborate with you on your product design until you are delighted.
  If the mistake lies in the artwork you provided with your order, we will assist you in reprinting the cards. However, please be aware that additional charges will apply for the extra work, materials, and shipping.
• Q: What is the usual production time?
  A: 10 business days for production + 3 to 5 days shipping, which is the range of working days it will take to print, manufacture, and ship your item once you finalize the final design for your piece. The production time starts from the proof approval, we do the first proof within 24 hours, and modify the proof within 12 hours. We promise to deliver it on time.
• Q: What types and thicknesses are available?
  A: You can make your cards in any of the following types: standard stainless steel, metal with various colored cladding, special shapes like square and mini, featuring special functions like grinder, bottle opener, and NFC. • Q: How can I submit my design?
  A: During the purchasing process in our user-friendly self-service design system, you'll be prompted to upload a file containing your design. We can work with EPS, AI, PDF, JPG, JPEG, GIF, PNG, BMP, TIF, SVG, WORD, EXCEL, and TXT.
  If you need help, our experienced art team is available to work with your materials and create exactly what you need for a reasonable fee.
